Bumpday Monday Week 7

Week: 7

How Big is Baby: Baby is the size of a blueberry! The Bump says "
Your .51-inch embryo doesn't exactly tip the scales just yet but she's developing like crazy. She's already doubled in size since last week. She's generating about one hundred new brain cells each minute! Not only is her brain becoming more complex, but her heart is too. Also important: She's developing a permanent set of kidneys. Her arm and leg joints are now forming."

Weight Gain: I lost 1.2 this week so I've gained 1.8 total.

Gender: Chris and I both think it's a boy, but we'd be happy with either sex and I would LOVE to have a girl.

Names: We have both of our names picked out, but I don't want to put them out there yet. Maybe in a few weeks.

Symptoms: I had a really bad headache today, but I think it was allergy and weather related. I feel fine other than that tho.

Sleep: I've been sleeping really good, probably because I'm really tired.

Movement: too early for that, but I can't wait!

Maternity Clothes: None so far, but I did win a belly band on ebay so I'll probably use that soon with some of my shorts.

Food Cravings: I was still eating a lot of sloppy joe at the beginning of the week, but I haven't really been craving anything the last few days.

Food Aversions: none

Stretchmarks: I'm pretty sure I'm going to be covered in stretchmarks. I already have a couple from when I had growth spurts when I was younger. They are super light and not not very noticeable, but I'm sure I'll be getting tons more. I already got a couple lately on my boobs from them growing so much!!

What I'm Looking Forward To: my first drs appointment tomorrow!

What I Miss: nothing yet

Next Drs Appointment: I have one tomorrow with the nurse.

Best Moment of the Week: Telling Chris's family. They are all so excited! Chris's cousin is due in October so it's nice to have someone to talk to about what's going on.
